Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Able to read CAD drawings and blueprints
- Works to gain speed and knowledge of assigned areas
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisors
- Has or is able to obtain a CDL driver’s license

- Be open to Change / Flexibility: Willing to accept new duties and responsibility; respond well to sudden changes (i.e. working hours fluctuating according to project requirements); willing tohelp where needed most, cross-train
- Be punctual and consistent in being on the job
- Be available for and willing to work overtime
- Follow through on assignments to completion
- Perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner, utilizing required safety equipment
- Keep work area neat and orderly
- Report unsafe conditions to supervisors
- Follow established procedures
- Tolerate extreme Environmental Conditions – temperatures range from -10F – 100+F
Qualifications
- Education / Experience: High School diploma with related experience to erecting all-steel buildings
